dc.description.abstract[por] O artigo, produzido pela equipe da Seção de Gestão de Memória do TRT-2, analisa a evolução do conceito de trabalho análogo à escravidão e suas implicações jurídicas, enfatizando a interlocução entre a Justiça do Trabalho e o Sistema Interamericano de Direitos Humanos. Nesse contexto, o Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 2a Região (TRT-2) é apresentado como exemplo de convergência com os parâmetros estabelecidos pela Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos, especialmente no reconhecimento da dignidade como núcleo da tutela judicial. A atuação do TRT-2 – por meio de políticas institucionais, projetos de acesso à justiça e protocolos de julgamento – consolida o compromisso da magistratura trabalhista com a efetivação dos direitos humanos e com o combate às formas contemporâneas de escravidão.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract[eng] The article, produced by the Memory Management Section of the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region (TRT-2), analyzes the evolution of the legal concept of labor analogous to slavery and its juridical implications, emphasizing the dialogue between the Brazilian Labor Justice and the Inter-American Human Rights System. In this context, the TRT-2 is presented as an example of convergence with the standards established by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, particularly regarding the recognition of human dignity as the core of judicial protection. Through institutional policies, access-to-justice initiatives, and judgment protocols, the TRT-2’s actions reinforce the commitment of the labor judiciary to the promotion of human rights and the fight against contemporary forms of slavery.
